Community & Respect
Corsa is committed to a culture of kindness, equity, and accountability. Everyone, participants, captains, volunteers, and guests — is expected to uphold the following:
All are welcome.
Irrespective of experience, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ability, or background.Act with intentional kindness and respect.
We expect you to treat others with dignity, listen openly, and engage with empathy.Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.
Harassment includes but is not limited to:
• Insults, slurs, or demeaning language
• Unwanted or suggestive physical contact
• Harassing or threatening behavior, including online
• Targeted photography, recording, or sharing without consentAccountability & responsiveness.
If someone asks you to stop a behavior that feels harassing, you must comply immediately.
Leadership will review reported issues and may take action (temporary or permanent removal) as needed.
Safety & Responsibility
Respect the run structure.
Follow the route, heed captain instructions, and support pacing groups.Follow laws and common-sense safety.
Obey traffic signals, yield to pedestrians, and be considerate of shared spaces.Children & minors.
Minors may join with prior approval from club leadership and must remain under full supervision of their parent/guardian at all times.Pets.
Leashed, well-behaved pets are allowed if they do not disrupt the group. Owners are fully responsible for their safety and cleanup.Your own risk.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.Emergency preparedness.

Club Boundaries
Merchandise.
All Corsa-branded merchandise is managed by club leadership. Members may not create or sell their own unless approved.Sales / Promotion.
Group runs and events are not spaces for selling or promoting products or businesses—unless pre-approved by leadership.Ideas, feedback, collaboration.
We welcome your ideas! Please submit routes, events, or partnership proposals through the leadership team (don’t try to execute them solo).
Accountability
If someone’s actions disrupt safety, focus, or the positive spirit of the club, leadership may ask them to step away from future runs.
These guidelines are living — as Corsa grows, we may update or refine them.
We encourage everyone to help uphold these values. If you witness or experience behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to leadership.
